1000-tonne arch frame installed in Vietnam
The Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (Lilama) and its member
company – the Lilama 45.1 Joint Stock Company recently installed
successfully a 1,000 tonne-prestressed arch frame of a wide-body
aircraft maintenance workshop.

successfully a 1,000 tonne-prestressed arch frame of a wide-body
aircraft maintenance workshop.
The arch frame is a plane steel structure, which is 105m in width, 150m in length and 30m in height.
Lilama will undertake all processes of the projects, from designing, manufacturing to installation.
Covering an area of 13,800 square metres at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City , the hanger is the most modern aircraft maintenance establishment in Vietnam .
Once completed, the hangar will be eligible for the maintenance and repair of Boeing 777, Boeing 747 or Airbus A380 aircrafts./.
