Algerian National Day celebrated in Hanoi

Algerian Ambassador to Vietnam Cherif Chikhi on Nov. 1 hosted a reception in Hanoi to celebrate the 55th National Day of his country (Nov. 1).

The Ambassador reviewed the history of struggle and development of Algeria .

He expressed his pleasure at the fine development of friendship and cooperation between Algeria and Vietnam and wished that those relations would continue to develop in every field, to meet the two people’s benefits and for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

Addressing the reception, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Luong Minh stressed that as close friends of the Algerian people, the Vietnamese Government and people are happy at achievements in Algeria and would do their best to develop friendship and cooperation between the two countries, to contribute to national construction and development in each country./.
