The CPP retained control of all communes in all of the 13 cities and provinces, namely Phnom Penh, K andal, Pursat, Preah Sihanouk, Svay Rieng, Ta Keo, Oddor Meachay, Battambang, Kampot, Mondul Kiri, Kep, Pailin, Kratie và Koh Kong.

The main opposition, the Sam Rainsy Party, came second, with the official results to be announced over the next few days.
