General Raul Castro Ruz, First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee and President of the State Council and the Council of Ministers, will pay a four-day official visit to Vietnam.

His visit, starting on July 7, is being made at the invitation of Vietnam ’s Party and State leaders.-VNA
