State President Truong Tan Sang on August 31 sent a message of congratulations to Tuanku Mizan Zainal Billah Shah, King of Malaysia, on the country’s 54 th National Day.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also cabled congratulatory messages to their Malaysian counterparts, Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and Foreign Minister Anifah Aman./.
