Mexico’s PT Party sends gifts to Vietnamese AO victims

The General Secretary of Mexico ’s Labour Party (PT), Senator Alberto Anaya Gutiérrer and the Vietnam-Mexico Friendship Parliamentarians group have presented 120 wheelchairs as gifts to Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange (AO).

A representative from the PT of Mexico, MP José Benavides handed over the gift to the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/ Dioxin (VAVA) on Dec. 5 in Hanoi .

VAVA chairman Nguyen Van Rinh affirmed the gifts show the deep sympathy of the General Secretary and the Mexican Labour Party witht the Vietnamese AO victims.

José Benavides, who is a PT Central Committee member, said that the PT will continue to support VAVA’s struggle for justice for AO victims./.
