Mobile Vietnam 2012 to highlight new technology

Domestic and foreign mobile service providers will have a chance to market their products to potential customers via an international exhibition which will take place in Hanoi from October 18-21.

The “International Exhibition and Conference Mobile Vietnam 2012” is jointly organised by the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnam Exhibition Conference and Advertisement Join Stock Company and Number one Media Technology Corporation.

The organisers said on Sept.20 that about 100 local and foreign mobile providers have registered to attend, including big names such as Viettel, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), Sony, Ericsson and Telcordia.

The international conference will be held on October 19, providing a platform for governmental agencies and businesses to share views on the future strategies and visions to shape Vietnam’s mobile sector.-VNA
