coordination committee from March 16-18, the participants agreed with a
proposal to draw a list of items that will enjoy preferential tariffs
if having certificates of origin from the three countries as well as
establish a joint technical subcommitee on policy making and priorities
in order to promote investment in the triangle.

development plan for the triangle. They also were unanimous in the
enhancement of cooperation among the three countries’ coordination
committees, thus implementing the MoU on the triangle at national
level, they said.
The participants shared the same view on the establishment of a website
on the triangle and hailed Vietnam’s assistance in helping Cambodia
and Laos carry out the plan.
