The 5 th International Security, Fire and Safety Exhibition and Conference opened in Ho Chi Minh City on August 22.
The exhibition welcomes 130 businesses from 14 countries and territories such as the US , the UK , France , Germany , Japan , China
, Thailand and Vietnam . With more than 200 stands, the exhibition
showcases about 500 groups of security, fire and safety items.
The 2012 show provides domestic businesses with new opportunities, helping them improve their competitiveness and professionalism.
On the same day, the 12 th Vietnam International Hospital , Medical and Pharmaceutical Exhibition opened in the Tan Binh Exibition and Convention Centre in HCM City .
250 enterprises from 20 nations attended the event, with 300 booths displaying a range of products including medical laboratory equipment and services, along with pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery.
International enterprises gather at the show with the aim of exploring potential markets and distributors, as well as transferring technologies.
During the exhibition, a conference on introducing Vietnamese medical and pharmaceutical market and trading policies for doing business in Vietnam is also taking place.-VNA
