The Vietnam-Romania Friendship Association (VRFA) should strengthen
existing relations and seek new partners to foster the friendship and
cooperation between the two countries.
Vice President of the
Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations, Nguyen Van Kien, made the
suggestion at the fifth congress of VRFA in Hanoi on Nov. 27.
