A delegation from the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s city of Busan on
September 14 made a fact-finding tour to the southern province of Binh
Duong to seek ways to strengthen economic cooperation between the two
localities.

People’s Committee Tran Van Nam briefed the delegation on socio-economic
development of the province in recent years, with contributions from
Busan investors.
He highlighted the implementation of an agreement between Binh Duong’s Ben Cat district and Busan’s Yeongdo district.
On behalf of the delegation, parliamentarian Lee Kyeung Chun expressed
special interest in the investment environment in Binh Duong.
Currently, more than 400 RoK-funded businesses are operating in Binh Duong.-VNA
