Vietnamese Culture Week held in Venezuela

A Vietnamese Culture Week was recently held in Venezuela.

Addressing the event, Vietnamese Ambassador to Venezuela Tran Thanh Huan said that Vietnamese Culture Week, part of activities to celebrate the 66 th National Day of Vietnam, was aimed at boosting understanding, solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

From Sept. 2-9, Vietnamese films with Spanish subtitles were screened at Venezuelan cinemas and Vietnamese songs and dances were performed.

A photo exhibition entitled “Vietnam-Venezuela, two countries, one idea” will run until the end of September./.
