The reform of administrative regulations for enterprises will focus on five key fields, namely tax, customs, social insurance, health insurance and animal quarantine, and import and export from now till the end of this year.

The work will be supervised by the Board for Reforming Administrative Regulations relating to Enterprises as one of its tasks set to be executed in 2013. The tasks were launched in Hanoi on June 25 in a bid to improve the domestic investment and business climate.

Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Pham Gia Tuc, the board’s key work attaches importance to researching, surveying and evaluating the practice of administrative regulations in legal documents applied to investment projects.

The board then puts forward solutions to renovate administrative formalities for the investment projects as well as offering advice and collecting feedback to promptly ease difficulties for businesses.

VCCI Chairman Vu Tien Loc said the board, in the process of its execution, needs to be open to enterprises’ petitions and feedback as their satisfaction will reflect the quality of administrative reform.-VNA
