ASEAN art competition launched
The Secretariat of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is
organising an art competition from May to July to commemorate the 45
th anniversary of ASEAN on August 8.

th anniversary of ASEAN on August 8.
Entitled, “ASEAN: One Community, One Destiny”, the contest aims to raise ASEAN awareness among ASEAN youths and to encourage participation in the celebration .
The event is open to young people from all ten ASEAN member countries in two age categories between the ages of 6-12 and 13-18.
It will be held in two stages at the national and regional level. The top painting from each age category in each country will be entered into the regional competition.
The regional winner of each category will receive a certificate signed by the Secretary-General of ASEAN, a cash prize of 500 USD, and books and souvenirs of ASEAN.
