Participants agreed that apart from a grand ceremony, the APC will organise a regional seminar on ASEAN, an ASEAN- Africa exports exposition and an ASEAN sport day.
Ceremonies marking the Independence Day of each APC member country in South Africa and the ASEAN community will also be held.
The session also discussed the upcoming transfer of APC chairmanship from the Thai Ambassador to South Africa to the Vietnamese Ambassador.
Pretoria mayor Solly Msimanga attented the event in a bid to boost practical cooperation between the capital city with ASEAN member states.-VNA
