ASEAN Ladies raise fund for Chinese landslide victims
The ASEAN Ladies’ Circle (ALC) on Dec. 5 held a gala night in Beijing
to raise funds to help victims of the Aug. 7 the devastating
landslide in China ’s Zhouqu county, Gansu province of China.

Representatives from diplomatic corps, international organisations, businesses and individuals from ASEAN countries and China attended the event.
Participants to the event enjoyed typical art performances from ASEAN member countries and contributed to the fund to help Chinese victims.
At least 1,447 people were killed and 318 others went missing in the mudslide on Aug. 7./.
