According to the mayor, who is on a working visit to Vietnam, about 100,000 Vietnamese people are living in Germany.
He added that the route will serve as a transit country for passengers in the Southeast Asian region.
Minister Thang applauded the mayor’s initiatives, pledging that the national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will study the project in 2014.-VNA
