Vietnamese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Nguyen Phuong Nga said on August 31 that the visit will be made at the invitation of Deputy PM Nhan.
Singapore Foreign Minister K. Shanmugan will pay an official visit to Vietnam from Sept. 8-10 at the invitation of Vietnamese Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
This will be the first visit of Shanmugan in his capacity as Singapore Foreign Minister./.
