Hanoi (VNA) – The Communist Review, a magazine of the Communist Party of Vietnam, wants to exchange news and article with press outlets in the Netherlands to have more channels to introduce the Party as well as the land and people of Vietnam to local readers.

The magazine’s Deputy Editor-in-Chief Pham Tat Thang informed the intention to Vietnamese Ambassador to the Netherlands Ngo Thi Hoa at a meeting when visiting the Vietnamese Embassy in The Hague on May 25.

Thang is leading a delegation of the magazine on a working visit to the Netherlands.

He said the Communist Review has a number of print publications and is running a multi-language website, adding that the magazine has been exchanging news with SolidNet, a website of communist and workers’ parties in the world.

Vietnamese Ambassador Ngo Thi Hoa suggested a channel be set up to enhance communications between the magazine and the embassy, thus helping Vietnamese and Dutch readers gain an insight into each other’s countries and Vietnamese-Dutch relations.

During their stay, the Communist Review delegation is scheduled to have working sessions with the Clingendael Academy and The Diplomat magazine, and visit some models of culture, agriculture and rural areas of the Netherlands.-VNA
