Complete legal documents on nuclear power urged
Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai has asked relevant agencies to
quickly complete legal documents regarding nuclear power as part of
effort to speed up the realisation of the country’s first nuclear power
plant project.

Recognising the related agencies’ positive undertaking of the work, the Deputy PM has, in his official document No. 274/TB-VPCP, pointed out that the document building process has not progressed as desired.
He has, therefore, asked the Ministry of Science and Technology to work with other concerned ministries and branches to make a specific plan for the compilation of legal documents on the field.
The plan, which is required to be submitted to the Prime Minister before August 25, 2012, should help serve the implementation of the Ninh Thuan nuclear power plant project./.
