Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Yong Nam and DPRK Premier Pak Pong Ju and Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong conveyed their celebratory wishes to their Vietnamese counterparts.
India’s President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated Vietnam on the day.
Messages were also sent by Japanese Emperor Akihito, President of the Republic of Korea Park Geun Hye, French President Francois Hollande and President of the US Barack Obama.-VNA
