This is the first time a Vietnamese public sector organisation has been awarded a prize in this category.
Da Nang won the award for focusing on recruiting and training high quality personnel for each of the department’s positions and is now staffed by fully qualified personnel educated up to degree level or higher.
The award, decided upon by FutureGov, is to honour the most successful governmental organisations in ASEAN./.
