Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Le Huu Duc expressed thanks to the Austrian partner at a reception in Hanoi on September 19 for visiting VE Managing Director Andrea Raffaseder.
According to the deputy minister, the projects funded by Austria’s Official Development Assistance have helped improving the network of military hospitals as well as military medical services.
Duc also asked the VE to help Vietnam seek more preferential capital from the Austrian Government for investment in such fields as waste treatment, environmental sanitation, search and rescue, and defence industry.-VNA
