The Deputy PM said although bilateral ties between Vietnam and the RoK have developed rapidly over recent years, many cooperation opportunities remain, especially in investment and trade.
He said the Vietnamese Government always creates favourable conditions for the enterprises of both countries to cooperate and develop, thus contributing to socio-economic development in each country.
Kim Seung Yeon told his host that more than 20 leading RoK economic groups, including Hanhwa, Posco, Kumho Asiana, Lotte and Charmvit sought business opportunities in Vietnam on the occasion of the 13 th session of the Vietnam-RoK Economic Cooperation committee.
They spoke highly of the investment environment in Vietnam and expected long-term cooperation and business in the Southeast Asian nation, he said./.
