According to organisers, the tournament is expected to welcome 112 players of 13 teams from China, China’s Taiwan, Macao and Hong Kong, Germany, Hungary, Finland, France, Austria, Singapore, India, Italy and Vietnam.
Infrastructure system serving the event has been upgraded, while security, health care and other relevant work have been well prepared.
Vietnam ranked top in the medal tally in previous six editions held in Hungary (2000, 2007), China (2001, 2005, 2010) and Germany (2002).-VNA
