The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism met with Vietnamese travel agents as well as the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism to introduce the Egyptian tourism industry to the domestic market, enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
Miss Vietnam 2010 Dang Ngoc Han, who was offered a tour to Egypt by its embassy in Vietnam , attended the event to share her experiences while travelling through the country.
Last year, Egypt received 15 million international visitors, according to Egyptian Tourism Ministry statistics. Egyptian tourism authorities are expected to sign co-operation agreements with Vietnam to popularise Vietnamese tourism in their country./.
