place in the French southwestern city of Chaniers from Jan. 10-26.

Initiated by Béatrice Vedrenne, the city’s librarian, the event is held with the support of the Association of Open Hands (Mains ouvertes).
All proceeds from the event will be donated to a kindergarten for orphan children in Vietnam.
Under the framework of the event, an information and library centre in Charente Maritime province also displayed some works of Vietnamese literature that had been translated into the French language./.
