An exhibition themed, “Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), From Congress to Congress” opened in Ho Chi Minh City on April 22 to celebrate the 36 th anniversary of southern liberation and national reunification, and the success of the 11 th National Party Congress.

Jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Museum and the Vietnam Revolutionary Museum, the event showcases over 300 photos, documents and exhibits on important historical milestones of the CPV, as well as achievements during the national construction and renewal process over the past 25 years.

On the occasion, former Prime Minister Phan Van Khai presented the municipal museum with a collection of 258 documents and exhibits that represented Vietnam’s role and position on international and regional forums during the current integration and development period.

Addressing the ceremony, former PM Phan Van Khai underlined the promotion of training to officials and Party members, especially young generations who need to follow the iron will of fallen soldiers for the national independence, to devote their life to a beautiful and more prosperous country in this period.
