Phan Rang-Thap Cham city in the central province of Ninh Thuan on July
3.
This is part of a technical assistance project entitled “Institutional Strengthening of the Centre for Participatory Irrigation Management (CPIM) and Support to Irrigation Infrastructure Projects for Son La and Ninh Thuan provinces” funded by the French Development Agency.
The project aims to increase CPIM’s capacity in advising leadership in creating a legal framework for irrigation infrastructure management and use.
Participants at the workshop discussed and ratified an action plan defining the responsibilities of related parties in building an irrigation management model based on farmer participation./.
