Five locations for high-range fireworks will include Hoan Kiem Lake (Hoan Kiem district), Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung district), Nguyen Hoang Ton Flower Park (Tay Ho district) and Van Quan Lake (Ha Dong district).
Meanwhile, low-range fireworks will be set off in 25 inner and outlying districts to welcome the Year of the Dragon.
People in HCM City can watch artistic firework displays at six locations, including two high-range and four low-range performances during the first moments of the new year.
Middle-range fireworks will be set off in Ha Giang city, the northernmost province of Ha Giang and while in the southernmost province of Ca Mau, people will have chance to enjoy firework displays at six locations.
Fireworks will also be set off in many other provinces nationwide./.
