Danish Ambassador John Nelsen said runners from over 20 countries, such as Australia, Indonesia and Singapore have registered to take part in the event.
Vietnam Mountain Marathon 2013 will include three categories of half marathon, marathon and ultra-marathon. The nearly 70-km track goes through small villages and beautiful valleys where few tourists have the chance to visit.
The event’s sponsors include Novo Nordisk, a Danish pharmaceutical company and local resort Topas Ecolodge.-VNA
