Of the localities, Kien Giang province will have 400 satellite receivers, the highest number, followed by Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai provinces, with 280 each. The receivers, provided under a French-funded project, will help fishing ships update weather forecasts and contact other ships and offices on the mainland./.
