The project targets to reduce early marriages by 3 percent annually and marriage among people of the same direct blood line or among relatives within three generations by between 3 and 5 percent.
To realise these goals, the project will launch a substantial number of public awareness-raising and educational campaigns and train more than 90 percent of participating officials in ethnic and socio-cultural affairs.-VNA
