Under the agreement, regional leaders agreed to give priority to collaborating in the fields of investment, traffic control and safety, tourism, irrigation and environmental protection.
The implementation of the agreement will begin in the first quarter of next year.
The minutes of the conference, including proposals on enhancing connectivity between localities and developing regional socio-economic development planning, will be reporter to the Government.-VNA
