Hanoi (VNA) – Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai is visiting Cambodia from September 8-10 to reinforce friendship and cooperation between Hanoi and Phnom Penh.
The visit also aims to celebrate the 50th founding anniversary of the two countries’ diplomatic ties.
The two sides will review the implementation of bilateral cooperation agreements and discuss future coordination plans between the cities.
The Hanoi official is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister and President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) Samdech Hun Sen and Vice President of the CPP and President of the Senate Samdech Say Chhum.-VNA
