Senior officials from 52 hospitals nationwide are being provided with advanced management skills at a training course jointly held by Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and the Singapore National University (NUS).

During the five-day training course, which takes place in Hanoi , the participants will discuss management and leadership skills at healthcare facilities and in hospital management, including compulsory expenditure and the use of financial information in hospital management.
