Indonesia's Foreign Minister, Retno Marsudi, met her Myanmar counterpart Wunna Maung Lwinon on May 20 in Myanmar’s capital Nay Pyi Taw.

The Indonesian minister expressed her support for the accelerating process of reform and democratisation in Myanmar, particularly ahead of the forthcoming elections.

The two ministers agreed to strive for a two-way trade target of one billion USD in 2016.

They also discussed measures to address the migration and human trafficking in the region.-VNA
