Addressing the launching in Hanoi on Nov. 8, Deputy MPI Minister Dang Huy Dong pointed out stressed the website’s utilities, including raising management capacity, equal dialogues between officials and investors.

The system also aims to accelerate dialogues between users and state agencies and help investors shorten the time for their clearance of procedures in Vietnam.

It includes web pages for Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. The Hanoi page www.hanoi.eregulations.org, was launched in 2007. Similar pages for HCM City and Da Nang were launched on Nov. 2 and 4, respectively.

More activities will be held nationwide to introduce the website, raising awareness of investment procedures in Vietnam among both domestic and foreign investment communities.
