Additionally, Vietnam Football Federation's general secretary Tran Quoc Tuan was assigned to the AFF competition and finance section.
It is the first time that a Vietnamese representative has held such a high position at the AFF.
The 2012 AFF Cup qualifying rounds are planned to be held in Myanmar on October 5-13, the final round to be organised in Malaysia and Thailand from November 24 to December 22 next year./.
