delegation from the Lao National Assembly’s training centre in Hanoi
on June 7.
At the reception, Son appreciated the visit by the Lao delegation, led by Kham Pheuy Panmalaythong, a member of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and a NA deputy of Vientiane ’s Constituency 1.
He said he hopes that the Lao training centre and the Vietnamese NA Board of the Deputy Affairs’ Training Centre for Elected Representatives will tighten their cooperation in the time to come.
For his part, Kham Pheuy Panmalaythong thanked the Vietnamese Party, Government and people for their help for Laos and highly valued the effective cooperation between the two NAs over the past time.
He expressed his wish that the two sides will continue increasing the exchange of experience in improving the capacity for NA deputies as well as the quality and efficiency of the two legislatures’ operations, thus fostering the friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.-VNA
