the Vietnam-Spain diplomatic relations (May 23, 1977).
On this occasion, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also extended congratulations to his Spanish counterpart Mariano Rajoy.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh sent a message of congratulations to Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Alfonso Dastis.-VNA
