The ground-breaking ceremony on May 11 was attended by Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy, Rear Admiral Nguyen Ngoc Tuong and Deputy Permanent Secretary of Hanoi’s Municipal Party Committee Nguyen Cong Soai along with an official delegation from Hanoi .
The multi-purpose house, with a total investment of 27 billion VND (1.2 million USD), is scheduled to be completed within one year. It is a gift from the capital’s Party Committee and people to cadres and soldiers on mission on Truong Sa archipelago.-VNA
