Legislators approved amendments to several laws during the November 26 plenary sitting as part of the ongoing sixth session of the 13th National Assembly (NA).

The NA adopted the revised Bidding Law and held insightful discussions on a plan to amend the Marriage and Family Law.

The deputies also passed the amended Law on Thrift Practice and Wastefulness Prevention, and discussed draft amendments and supplements to some articles of the Law on Health Insurance.

On November 27, the NA will adopt resolutions on hydropower planning and judicial work as well as debate amendments to the Law on Domestic Waterway Traffic and the draft Law on Public Investment.-VNA
