nominate are fully observed.
It was heard at a debate on a draft of the law at the National Assembly Standing Committee’s ongoing 30 th session on August 14.
The draft law inherited regulations from the Law on Election of Deputies to the National Assembly and the Law on Election of Deputies to People’s Council and relevant legal documents.
It will have new features, like adjustments to election process and procedure.
The committee members also gave much time to discuss the organisation of election at various levels in special administrative units, as well as a duration needed for each election.-VNA
