A ground breaking ceremony for the construction of a head

The Vietnam National Political Publishing House, Corporation 36 under
the Vietnamese Ministry of Defence and the Lao National Publishing House
jointly held a ground breaking ceremony for the construction of a head
office for the Lao publishing house, in Vientiane on August 8.
The construction is one of a series of activities marking the Vietnam-Laos, Laos-Vietnam Friendship Solidarity Year 2012.
Laos ’ Deputy Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism Buangeun Saphouvong and the Vietnamese Ambassador to Laos , Ta Minh Chau attended the ceremony.
According to the Director of Corporation 36’s branch in Laos, Truong Cong Thinh, the office will cover an area of 510 sq.m with an investment capital of 10.5 billion VND and it is expected to be completed in December this year.-VNA
