The Hanoi Department of Justice has completed a notarised information management programme to help improve information search activities and minimise risks revolving around incorrect documentation.

Seventy-three out of 78 notary organisations operating in the capital have applied the programme and have already begun updating data.

The Department of Justice has also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and local People's Committees to review and list cases of people who have lost land use certificates so that they can request new documentation, as well as listing cases of land use certificate withdrawals.

Experts said the application of the notarised information management programme will help minimise disputes.
From the beginning of the year, only two disputes concerning notarising activities have been dealt with. There were 26 cases of notary disputes last year.-VNA
