said Oman Minister of Commerce and Industry Maqbool Ali Sultan.
During
his meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai in Hanoi on
Jan. 11, the Oman minister said he wanted Vietnam to facilitate
Omani firms’ operations in the field.
Minister Maqbool Ali Sultan
suggested some areas that Oman wants to strongly cooperate in, such
as insurance, real estate and energy.
For his part, Deputy PM Hai said Vietnam wished for further cooperation with Oman in oil and gas, agriculture, farm produce processing and power industry.
Deputy PM Hai and Minister Maqbool Ali Sultan affirmed a resolve to continue developing bilateral cooperation in these areas for the benefit and development of both countries./.
