Party Central Committee mulls major policies on growth model renewal

Hanoi (VNA) – The 12th Party Central Committee debated the project on major guidelines and policies to renew the growth model and improve growth quality, productivity and the competitiveness of the economy on October 12.

Politburo member and Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan chaired the plenary discussion in the morning.

In the afternoon, the committee worked in groups to discuss the project on effectively implementing international economic integration and maintaining socio-political stability in the context of Vietnam joining new-generation free trade agreements.

The plenum, which opened on October 9, will last through October 15.-VNA
