The PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI) Tower in Hanoi has been honoured as “Vietnam’s best office development” at the 2015 Asia Pacific Property Awards, which is given to only one project in each attending country.

The PVI Tower, belonging to PVI Holdings, is a Grade A office building with 25 floors, two basements and one technical floor.

Built in 2010 and inaugurated in the first quarter of 2014, the tower is located in an emerging district in the west of Hanoi, making it easy to access from almost anywhere in the city.

With a contemporary design, international-standard facilities and great hand-over conditions, the tower has the best occupancy rate in the area, up to 90 percent with such high-profile tenants as Samsung, FPT and Obayashi.

Bui Van Thuan from PVI Holdings said it is the first time the company has competed for the award and won in an important category.

The Asia-Pacific Property Awards are a recognised symbol of excellence for businesses throughout the industry globally, with categories in each property type in the real estate industry.-VNA
