PM allows Quang Ninh to go ahead with airport proposal

implementation of a proposal to build an airport in the locality.

In a document issued by the Government Office on July 29, the PM instructed the committee to coordinate with the potential investor, which is a joint venture of the Airports Corporation of the Republic of Korea, Joinus Vietnam and Posco E&C, to conduct a feasible study on the project in the form of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) to submit to relevant provincial and central agencies.
The Quang Ninh People’s Committee will later collaborate with the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Transport and Defence and relevant agencies to verify and approve the study, as well as to conduct the next steps in implementing the project.-VNA
